Booking Your Disco:    Choose Limelite. We are knowledgeable about and willing to work with you in planning the announcements, schedule of events and other aspects of your occasion. Tell us what time we should arrive to set up for the event - this may need to coincide with other timings you have already agreed, and may affect the price we quote you. Confirm your booking in writing, including start and finish times and any agreements you have made. Remember to include directions or map to the venue. Your DJ may agree to play extra time on the night but remember that this will not be included in the cost. Tell your DJ if the reception venue is up stairs, or if you are aware of any parking/loading or unloading problems. Ask for references. Or better still, why not come along and meet us in advance so you can see the Roadshow for yourself and discuss your ideas.
